Baby Massage

Baby massage is an ancient practise. It ‘s very relaxing for your baby and offers relief from colic, reflux, teething, wind and unsettled babies. It can help improve sleep patterns & enhance development both physically and emotionally. Wonderful also for babies with Special needs. Strokes combine swedish, Indian & reflexology movements. Classes include exercises and discussions about your babies development and anything you wish to add. A fun way to meet other parents and share your own experiences. For you as a parent it's a relaxing time-out from busy feeding and changing routine. Chat with other parents about your experiences..It produces wonderful feel good hormones in your body, helping you to relax and also to bond more closely with your baby through touch. About Classes

  • Course is over 4 week period- Greystones Venue Location Map & Contact Details
  • Private 1-1 classes also available over 2 week period
  • Each class last around 1hr 30min (including tea/coffee)
  • At end of course your will be able to; give a full Body Massage, adapt strokes as baby gets older, do exercises for flexibility and co-ordination, understand how touch aids in babies development
  • Everything provided in class; oils, reading materials. You just need to arrive with your baby!
  • Meet other parents in bright & comfortable venue, under- floor heating. See venue. Time for coffee and chat afterwards!

    QUINN- HealthManager and HealthManager Gold schemes up to €100 is covered. Instructor needs to be certified through International Association of Infant Massage

    VIVAS- Day to Day Plan- Up to €30 per visit (max 3 visits)

    Day to Day Plan 50- Up to €25 per visit (max 8 visits)

    CLASS DATES:

    Class numbers are kept small in ensure individual attention. Please note a non-refundable €50 deposit reserves place. Courses are subject to minimum numbers. Minimum age is four weeks up to 1 year.
