Introduction to Massage
Have you every wanted to learn massage? This course is designed for you in mind. It’s open to everyone, Mum’s, Dad’s, students, and career people. Perhaps you are interested in working with alternative therapies in the future, this workshop will give you a taster. No experience is necessary.
Enjoy a fun, relaxing day of learning how to give back, neck, shoulders and hand massage in warm friendly holistic Centre. Relaxation exercises are incorporated into the course. You will end the day being able to give a massage. Your partner, friends, family will thank you!
